One Map. All Youth Sports.

Making every program visible and every community connected.

Youth Sports should uplift the community, not just the athlete. PlaygroundStars is is about reconnecting communities to the youth sports experience happening in their own backyard.

It starts by putting every program in your community on the map.

Why This Matters

PlaygroundStars is a nonprofit built on a simple belief. Youth sports should bring people together, not create separation.

But that’s not the reality. Too often, visibility is driven by resources, not impact. Programs with bigger budgets are seen, while others remain hidden. Communities miss the full picture of what’s available in their own backyard.

We’re here to level the playing field.

Our first step is clear. One map. Every program. A free, nationwide directory designed to remove the cost barrier of advertising and give every organization, regardless of size or budget, a chance to be seen.

Because equity in youth sports starts when everyone is on the map.

Our first phase focuses on equity. While inequity in youth sports won’t be solved by one person or organization, we believe meaningful change starts with equal access and visibility.

Our contribution is a fair and balanced nationwide directory that gives every youth sports organization a level playing field, regardless of size or marketing budget.

By bringing all programs into one place, we create a foundation for inclusion and transparency. When families can see the full landscape of opportunities in their community, the experience is more equitable from the start.

This is our first step towards building a youth sports experience that works for everyone.
