Girls on the Run DC inspires girls to build confidence and develop life skills through running and team-based programs. Combining physical activity with lessons on self-esteem, goal setting, and healthy relationships, participants grow both on and off the course. Girls on the Run DC is committed to empowering young girls to be strong, confident, and connected within their communities.
